Orders & Delivery
"I got charged but didn't receive my roast"
Check your spam folder first — our emails sometimes get filtered. If it's not there, email us with the email address you used to order and we'll resend it within 24 hours.
"How long does it take?"
Usually under 2 minutes. If you've been waiting longer than 5 minutes, something went wrong. Email us.
"Can I get it resent to a different email?"
Yes! Just email us from your original order email and let us know the new address.
"I accidentally closed the page before saving my roast"
No worries — we emailed you a copy. Check your inbox (and spam).
Refunds
"I want a refund"
No problem. We have a 90-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Just email us with your order email and we'll process it within 48 hours.
"How long do refunds take?"
We process refunds within 48 hours. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
"Can I get a refund if I already read my roast?"
Yes. We don't ask why. If you want your money back, you get it.
About Your Roast
"My roast was too accurate and I'm freaking out"
We hear this a lot. Deep breaths. Remember: it ends with the good stuff. And no, we're not watching you — it's just how this works.
"My roast doesn't feel accurate at all"
That's rare, but it happens. Sometimes people don't recognize themselves. Sometimes we miss. Either way, you can get a refund — no hard feelings.
"Can I get a different roast?"
Each person gets one unique roast based on their info. We can't generate a different one for the same details. But if you're unsatisfied, refund is always an option.
"Why does it only ask for name and birthday?"
That's all we need. We don't do quizzes, social media analysis, or personality tests. Our method is... different. And it works.
"I entered the wrong birthday — can I fix it?"
Email us with the correct info and we'll generate a new roast for you, no extra charge.
Dare a Friend
"My friend didn't get the dare email"
Have them check spam. If it's not there, email us with both email addresses and we'll resend it.
"Can I see my friend's roast?"
If you dared them (you paid), yes — you'll get a notification when they complete it and can view their roast. If they bought their own roast, you'll have to ask them to share it with you.
"My friend never redeemed the dare — can I get a refund?"
If it's been more than 30 days and they haven't redeemed it, email us and we'll refund you.
"Can I dare someone anonymously?"
Currently, dares show who sent them. We're considering an anonymous option — email us if you'd want that feature.
Sharing & Social
"How do I share my roast?"
Your roast page has download buttons for shareable images (vertical for stories, square for posts). There's also a copy button for the TikTok caption.
"The share image isn't loading"
Try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't work, email us — sometimes our image server needs a kick.
"Can I use my roast in a video?"
Absolutely. Film your reaction, post it, tag us. We love seeing these. No permission needed.
Privacy & Data
"Do you store my data?"
We store your roast so you can access it later. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
"Can you delete my roast?"
Yes. Email us and we'll delete everything associated with your order within 72 hours.
"Is my birthday safe with you?"
Your birthday is sacred to us. We only use it to generate your roast. We don't share, sell, or use it for anything else.
Technical Issues
"The payment page isn't loading"
We use Stripe for payments. Try a different browser, disable ad blockers, or try again in a few minutes. If it persists, email us.
"I got an error after paying"
Don't panic. Your order likely went through. Check your email (and spam). If nothing's there after 10 minutes, email us with your payment email.
"The page is stuck on 'generating'"
If it's been more than 5 minutes, refresh the page or check your email — we might have already sent it.
